Your body is your temple. What you consume reflects on your body. It is imperative to feed your body what it needs. Lack of nutrition can reduce muscle mass and lower bone density.

He is a top graduate from the Sports Performance Institute. Certification of this institution exceeded the National Fitness Leaders Advisory Council guidelines in personal, strength, and aerobics training. Tony has also completed the Triphasic training by Cal Dietz who has been the head Olympic Strength and Conditioning coach from the University of Minnesota and Dr Ben Peterson who is the head of player health and performance for the San Francisco 49ers.

TG Athletics training system is divided into four levels of human performance: mindset, nutrition, movement and recovery. TG Athletics concept is based on the most innovative techniques, such as training three different tempos to generate the maximum force of power and progressing into French Contrast concept for rapid gains in speed and power to provide the foundation for all athletic training.
