Your body is your temple. What you consume reflects on your body. It is imperative to feed your body what it needs. Lack of nutrition can reduce muscle mass and lower bone density.

TONY GRECO

Tony Greco is Canada’s leading fitness specialist. He is also Canada’s leading fitness specialist and has won a gold medal for Canada in 1995 at the IAKSA Kickboxing Championship. He has worked with numerous celebrities and elite athletes. He is frequently sought out by some of the biggest names in the NHL. He is also a motivational speaker, radio host, and life coach. Under his leadership, his clients achieved remarkable results.

He is a top graduate from the Sports Performance Institute. Certification of this institution exceeded the National Fitness Leaders Advisory Council guidelines in personal, strength, and aerobics training. Tony has also completed the Triphasic training by Cal Dietz who has been the head Olympic Strength and Conditioning coach from the University of Minnesota and Dr Ben Peterson who is the head of player health and performance for the San Francisco 49ers.
